 1. Simply Download the Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion Skin Pack and run the .exe file. Then you need to make sure to check custom installation and uncheck setting Babylon as your default search provider and homepage.



2. Next You need to select 3rd party Apps to support the installation of  the Mac skin pack.


3. After your skin is installed, just Restart your system to changes take effect. Once you do, the UI of your Windows 7 will look like the below screenshot.

    How to Convert Dynamic Disk to Basic Disk using CMD

    WARNING : Before you convert a dynamics to basic disk ,be sure to backup anything that you do not want to lose on that dynamic disk

    follow  step by step

       1. Open a CMD(command prompt) at boot

       2. In cmd ,type diskpart and press enter.

       3. Type list disk and press enter.

      4. Type select disk # and press enter.
           NOTE:  substitute # with the  actual disk number that you want  
           to convert. For ex. select disk 1 

      5. Type detail disk and press enter.
          This will give you a list of all the volume numbers on selected  
          disk number that you will need to delete in next step. 

          If you do not have any volumes listed,then you can go to step 9.

      6. Type select volume # and press enter.
          Substitute # with the volume number listed in step 5.  
          For ex. select volume 1 

      7. Type delete volume and press enter.

      8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for each volume # listed in step 5 until you  
          have deleted all volumes.

      9. When done ,type select disk # and press enter.
          You would use the same number from step 4 above.

    10. Type convert basic and press enter.

    11. When done, type exit and press enter.

    12. Close the command prompt.

    13. You can now create partitions on the now basic disk if you like.

    How To make Bootable USB drives using CMD

    I will show you how to load the Windows installation in your USB  drive and how to make it bootable just like the DVD from your .iso image.

    Step 1 : Plug-in your USB drives.

    Step 2: Open a Command Prompt (cmd) .

     Step 3: In cmd you type following

                DISKPART

               This will start  as shown below


     Step 4: Type "LIST DISK"

          
             Disk 0 is my Hard disk.
             Disk 1 is USB drive in which you want to install.

    Step 5: Type "SELECT DISK 1"  
            



    Step 6: Now type command one by one
                         
               CLEAN
               CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
               SELECT PARTITION 1
               ACTIVE
               FORMAT FS=NTFS QUICK
               ASSIGN
               EXIT


    Step 7:  Copy the contents of your Win 7 disk into   
                the USB  drive.
                Directly Copy-Paste All DVD file into USB     
                drive.

     Now your USB drives is Bootable and install OS on your computer.

    How To Avoid Copying file to USB drive

    When you want to prevent others from copying your data , but you  still need them to be able to view it on your computer.

    so that following step are procede..

    Step-1:
    In Start Menu search box , type regedit ,to open up the Registry   Editor.
          
    Step-2:
    In left side of Registry Editor double click on  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and select  SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ StorageDevicePolicies.

          
                          
    Step-3:
    On right side WriteProtect ,right click on it and  select Modify... and change value 0 to 1.




    Step-4:
    This is finished you can closed Registry Editor and   restart your pc.

    Finally you can protect your data....

    Note ::  If you need to copy something just change the value   from 1 to 0 into the WriteProtect..

    How to Change Logon Screen on Window 8

    Enable or Disable Changing Lock Screen in Local Group Policy Editor

     NOTE: This option for using group policy is only available in the Windows 8 Pro and Windows 8 Enterprise editions.

    1.     From the Start screen, start typing gpedit.msc and press Enter when finished.

    NOTE: You could also press Windows+R to open the Run dialog, type gpedit.msc, and  
              click/tap onOK.

    2. If prompted by UAC, then click on Yes.

    3. In the left pane, click/tap on to expand Computer Configuration, Administrative 
         Templates,Control Panel, and open Personalization. (see screenshot below)




    4. In the right pane of Personalization, double click/tap on Prevent changing lock screen image.
        (see screenshot above)

     5. Do step 6 or 7 below for what you would like to do.

     6. To Enable Changing the Lock Screen Background Image

        A) Select (dot) Disabled or Not Configured, click/tap on OK, and go to step 8 below.
              (see screenshot below step 7A)
        NOTE: Not Configured is the default setting.

     7. To Disable Changing the Lock Screen Background Image

        A) Select (dot) Enabled, click/tap on OK, and go to step 8 below. (see screenshot below)


    8. You can now close the Local Group Policy Editor window if you like.

    How To Change & Customize Logon screen on Windows 7

    Step 1 :  in the Start Menu search box, type regedit, to open up the Registry Editor.


    Step 2 :  Right click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and select Find.

    Step 3 : The search window will appear so perform a search for OEMBackground.
    Step 4:  Double click on the entry OEMBackground, and change the value from 0 to 1.

     Step 5 : This is finished you can close the Registry Editor.

     Step 6: Open Windows Explorer and go to the following path: C:\Windows\System32\oobe.

     Step 7  : Create a new folder named info, and open it.

     Step 8 : Create a new folder  named backgrounds in info folder.

     Step 9 : Rename your decide wallpaper as backgroundDefault.jpg and place it inside the folder backgrounds (images must be less than 245KB in size).

     Step 10 : You can now restart, lock your screen or logout to see your new login screen.
